Our Story
2009
ThinkLite is born in Wellesley, MA on the campuses of Babson College and Olin College of Engineering.
2010
ThinkLite establishes product development capability in Germany and South Korea, creating new LED lighting technologies.
2011
ThinkLite invents the world’s first driverless LED lighting technology.
2012-2015
ThinkLite scales its operation to 14 countries developing a strong presence in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
2016-2017
Develops enterprise-grade smart lighting and controls platform, allowing for flexible LED wavelength customization, BMS integrations, etc.
2018-2019
ThinkLite establishes a product line of safe, air purifying LEDs and develop solutions to monitor, heal and purify the air of contaminants and pathogens.
2020-2021
ThinkLite announces a strategic divisional reorganization separating the company into three divisions, Air, Grow, and Energy.
